Looking Better Through Better Habits

When's the last time you thought you looked good? You know, you were at your best, dressed just right, felt good about yourself, had a confidence boost? Do you remember? For most of us it's during a special occasion because we are so caught up in what we do each day. But on that special occasion you prepare for it. Some of us even lose a few pounds just for that day... and boy do we feel good! Well, imagine feeling that way more often.

It's true that we actually feel good when we look good. If you don't believe me, just notice how you feel the next time someone says, "You look good" or gives you some other similar compliment. Looking good leads to feeling good, but in order to look good, it just stands to reason we need to have good habits... looking better through better habits.

Now I do realize this is no big breakthrough in thinking, have better habits and you'll look better. But believe it or not it's easier than you think. We know a habit is something done enough times that it becomes automatic. The old "practice makes perfect" approach. However, there is a way to create better habits to look better in a much better way than repetition and conditioning in the usual manner and it's safe, natural and quite effective... hypnosis.

The two difficult parts, though for many not difficult at all, is 1) have a clear vision of what feeling good is for you... the more detailed, the better and 2) learn the truth about hypnosis in order to remove all the myths and misconceptions and accept the benefits that await you.

How would you look physically? What would your expression look like? Would you walk differently, dress differently, would you be more open and confident? What would "looking better" really look like for you? How would that feel and what would it take to make that happen? Once you begin to develop this awareness in your mind it will be the starting point of creating your reality.
