Why are they made only on New Year’s Day?

 

I help people stop smoking and lose weight any time of the year! What I mean by helping, is that I assist people to make the changes they desire to make, using hypnosis to make it easier and quicker. I’m sure many of you have had the experience of reducing your fat and calorie intake drastically for a week and seeing no significant change on the scale. I know this has happened to me. If I didn’t stay motivated and stay with my stated objective to eat a healthy diet, I would have given up! But by using self-hypnosis and affirmations I kept at it a little longer, telling myself cheerfully, that the scale would catch up eventually. It’s just a machine. It’s not 100% accurate. The number on the scale is a way of measuring the things I really want, but 153 pounds or 156 pounds doesn’t matter if I feel good and all my clothes fit properly. The only way to lose weight is to reduce calories input or exercise, which increases calorie output. And the most efficient way is to do both, but in such a way that you don’t suddenly stop and go back to all your old habits. You have to find low-fat foods you like, avoid whatever is your weakness (whether pizza or pastry) and incorporate some kind of activity into your life. Walking is a great activity. It doesn’t take any money or expensive equipment and has a low risk of injury. But if you hate to walk, or live in a dangerous neighborhood, try something else. If you don’t like the exercise, you won’t do it. Not for long, anyway!

 

 

Oh and the best part about using hypnosis to lose weight is that you won’t have to lose those 15 pounds over and over again. Weight loss by hypnosis is more successful than any crash diet or thigh jiggle machine, because it’s more likely to be permanent. “Yo-yo dieting” has a deleterious effect on the health of the individual.
